MS-501J millipore high friction composite brake shoe can (porosity 15%) effectively decrease the brake temperature by inside convection. No brake noise and smell. Defects such as chaps, cracks and metal tesseraes are not found after brake. The high impact strength of the fiber reinforcement decreases the wear rate and increases the working life. This type of brake shoe can control the brake distance between 190 and 200 meters in the condition of AW0, AW1, AW2, AW3.
Millipore high friction composite brake shoe is especially fit for outdoor condition. It has been used on Shanghai Metro Line.3 for years. Furthermore, the products have been tested and used in Shanghai Metro, Beijing Metro, Shenzhen Metro, Wuhan Light Rail. Each performance is better than the imported product. Defects such as chaps, cracks and metal tesseraes are not found.
